先说明为什么需要，再请求对应权限。Explain the need before requesting access.
平台仅应申请能够对应实际产品功能、可向客户清楚说明且可在审核中演示的权限。The platform should request only permissions that map to real product features, can be clearly explained to customers and can be demonstrated during review.
最小必要权限Least-privilege access
每项权限都应直接用于账号管理、投放、报表或受众与创意管理中的明确功能。Every permission should directly support a defined account, campaign, reporting, audience or creative function.
用途限定Purpose limitation
授权数据仅应用于提供客户选择的服务，不用于与所选功能无关的目的。Authorized data should be used only to deliver services selected by the customer, not for unrelated purposes.
